One Time Initiation Fee	$300
Monthly Dues	$50
Hourly Fees Errands Mailings Gift Wrapping Wait Service Research (over 1 hour per project)	8:00am - 6:00pm $35/hour 6:00pm - 10:00pm $50/hour 10:00pm - 8:00pm $75/hour
Vendor Partner Expenses Paid directly to the Vendor Partner by the Member. Six Stars does not charge member any fee.
Errand Hour Service Plans (Pre-paid errand hour plans at a discount)
Bronze Plan - 6 errand hours for use in the next 6 months	$125
Silver Star Plan - 12 errand hours for use in the next 6 months	$250
Gold Star Plan - 25 errand hours for use in the next 6 months	$500
Six Stars Plan - 50 errand hours for use in the next 6 months	$1,000
*One hour minimum, billed on the quarter hour thereafter.

Rate Schedule - Corporate Members Customized for each client depending upon number of employees, granted access and estimated hourly fee usage.
