How long is the membership term?
For Individual Households, Six Stars is a month-to-month, pay as you go program. There is no contract and you may cancel at anytime without incurring a penalty.
Corporate arrangements vary by client.
How does the pricing work?
For Individual Household members, Six Stars charges a one-time Initiation Fee and a monthly fee for unlimited access to the call center. Corporate memberships are customized for the client's needs.
What do the Initiation Fee and Monthly Dues cover?
These fees allow members unlimited access to a personal assistant. This personal assistant will order flowers, make restaurant reservations and appointments and do research up to 1 hour per project. Monthly dues also allow members to participate in our Vendor Partner Program. Six Stars will help to coordinate home repairs and other services. The prescreening, in and of itself, provides value and saves time. Dues also allow access to Six Star Associates that will handle hourly services like errands. See below:
Are there additional charges for services?
Yes. There are six services that carry an additional charge. The fee for each is the same. There is a one hour minimum and members are billed on the quarter hour thereafter. These additional services are:
- Errand services
- Wait for repairman
- Gift wrapping
- Mailings (addressing, labeling, postage)
- Extensive research (over 1 hour per project)
- Typing or data entry
How is errand hour time charged?
Errand hours are calculated from the time the associate leaves Six Star’s office until their return. Errand runners are dedicated and run one client’s errands at a time. Errands require a one hour minimum and are billed on the quarter hour thereafter. No additional payment is required for mileage.
Why do you need our credit card information?
To make transactions more efficient and seamless, Six Stars requires that members keep a credit card on file. Monthly dues, errand hours and any purchases made on your behalf are charged to your card. A detailed statement is emailed to members monthly. Credit card numbers are kept in our secured and encoded database with very limited access. Corporate accounts are typically billed monthly as well.
How does Six Stars screen employees?
All employees have been thoroughly screened through interviews, reference checks and background checks. Six Stars is fully insured and bonded as well. You can rest assured that trustworthy, quality individuals will be handling your needs in the most professional manner.
Is my personal information confidential?
Six Stars members are treated professionally and with the utmost respect. The more information that Six Stars has, the more efficiently requests can be performed. Therefore, members are encouraged to be forthcoming with this information.
All requests are confidential and personal information is stored in our secured database. Information is not shared or passed on to other companies. Six Stars values your business and respects all clients’ privacy.
How does Six Stars choose Vendor Partners?
Six Stars prescreens Vendor Partners to ensure any job that you need done will exceed your expectations. Six Stars personally sits down with each company to establish a Vendor Partner relationship. In addition, Six Stars checks references, obtains insurance and licensing documentation and in many cases, personally uses the service to make sure that clients receive the star treatment that they deserve.

Joining Six Stars is easy. Just click here and print out the membership form. Fill it out and mail or fax it back to Six Stars at 713-333-7788. Membership can commence upon receipt of paperwork.
